Logistics and Inventory Officer

Job Position: Logistics and Inventory Officer Experience requirement for the role is 3 to 5 years. Accountability of this role includes: Responsible for planning the company’s inventory management activities, with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalising inventory and support the maximizing of available working capital. All in the fulfillment of strategic business objectives Manage change in inventory levels and materials movement to ensure minimum disruption to and the fulfillment of business activities. Manages suppliers warranty program. Warehouse/ storeroom organization, layout and capacity management Responsible for and reviews the daily organization and operation of the warehouse/ storeroom, ensuring that the warehouse/ storeroom is fully capable and functional in its layout and capacity to adequately support the material needs of maintenance, operations, and business units.
