Marketing /Sales Associate at Printmagicng.com Job type: Full-time Location: Oregun, Lagos Application deadline: September 30, 2017 Responsibilities Identify, Locate and propose potential business leads by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities and recommending possible investments. Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Attend meetings, marketing activities, shows or events to market product and raise brand awareness Create marketing plans/campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness, drive brand loyalty and increase sales and profits. Contribute Ideas to advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.) Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business clients Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth Track market and company sales performance. Requirements Candidates must be self-motivated with a strong drive and commitment to achieving agreed objectives Minimum of 3 years working experience in Marketing / Sales Role. Extensive knowledge of the printing industry is a pre-requisite. Experience in managing the start-up phase of a business and an entrepreneurial mindset is key Good knowledge of MS Office suite applications Proven track record in sales and negotiation Experience in managing simultaneous tasks and must be a good team player Ability to effectively manage time, schedules and multiple priorities Must be commercially driven person with a track record of meeting high sales targets Candidate must have solid writing, speaking, and networking skills in addition to relevant Work Experience within the Industry. The competence, experience, and capacity to deliver results are superior to any degree but a degree in any discipline is crucial and acceptable for this Role.
