It is almost impossible to imagine how argument over one or two politicians; who will rule for 4 or maximum of 8 years; can separate people who have known each other for over 20 years.
It is actually absurdity of the highest order to allow opinions on politicians who don't care in any real way about you, to cause a division between you and those who truly care about you!
I can understand when you are being paid to become unethical in defending your candidate. What I don't understand is how you can insult someone whom you have known as a good friend for years because of one politician or aspirant who doesn't care a dime about you.

Our nation will be great again when we can agree to disagree, and disagree without things deteriorating into a fight
Our nation will be great again if we can win and shake hands with those whose candidate did not win, if we see our win as a win for all, rather than us versus them
Our nation will be great when our candidate wins and we don't bury our heads in the sand and pretend that all is well when it is not.

Our nation will be great when no matter what we see in people, we are first to criticise our candidate when he goes wrong.
Our nation will be great again when no matter how hard we campaigned, we still see the other side as Nigerians and comrades, brothers and sisters
Our nation will be great when we can lose and shake hands with those who won rather than sitting around for four years waiting for evil to happen
Our nation will be great again when we stop burying our heads in the sand, and can say "I was wrong" or "You were right".
Our nation will be great again when we stand for Nigeria above any politician.
