Olatuja Gabriel

I am an ardent advocate for a united, liberated, transformed and livable Nigeria. I work constantly to bring about Nigeria of our dream.

I believe in one Nigeria. I believe only us (Nigerians) can build Nigeria. I believe we can be people that can truly serve our Fatherland. I believe that the labours of our heroes are not in vain. I believe we have everything we truly need in us. I believe in our culture and great diversity. I believe we have the power to rebuild our unity and strength. I believe that all the fears and worries, all the killings, poverty, tyranny will soon long be gone.

I advocate and encourage manufacturing, creativity, innovations, and professionalism. I advocate for peace and oneness among us all. I advocate for free, tech powered electoral process, I advocate for fundamental human right protection simply because I believe we can live in peace.

With my professionalism, knowledge and little the resources available, I empower my fellow youth in entrepreneurship through training in entrepreneurship and self-reliance in my Firm: Geewealth Technology and Integrated Services ( www.geewealth.com.ng ). More of these can be seen on my timeline on facebook and twitter: @olatujagabriel and instagram: @olatujagabrielwealth.

My quest to make the voices of the people to be heard and make firsthand news available for Nigerian populace prompted the publication of E-Reporters Media: www.ereporters.com.ng, a news media.

I advocate for youth in politics by belonging to advocacy group such as “Take It Back Movement”. I sensitize people in my local communities and my social media handles on voting, election, and political processes because I foresee and believe in an egalitarian society.

My passion to see credible, competent, innovative, inventive, passionate and result-oriented leaders in our public offices and political space made me to take some courses that can foster national development. Some of the courses were taken at Young African Leadership Initiative Network (YALI) include but not limited to “Responsible Leadership on Transparency and Good Governance”, “Understanding Human Right”, and “Understanding Elections and Civic Responsibility”. With this knowledge, I have been able to sensitised and improved the knowledge of the people in my local and online communities.

Knowing fully well that unemployment rate is rising daily among graduates, my team and I came up with www.proville.net , a Tech-Solution, to solve unemployment problem in Nigeria. Proville.net is an online marketplace (a freelancing platform) for professional services. We use proville.net to bridge the gap between professionals and their prospects, that is, customers. We also empower professionals to achieve professionalism and effectiveness in their dealings.

Every day, I think of giving birth to a new Nigeria that will be the centre of the world economy and prospects. Hence, if I emerge as the representative of my zone in this project, I will have better opportunity and encouragement and stronger voice to yell the need for national development among the people and globally.
Nigeria is a land endowed with natural resources, but the larger population is living in poverty owing to bad leadership. I want to see myself becoming a solution provider in Nigeria by inspiring the youth to work towards the rebirth of a new nation.

I believe in One Nigeria, I believe in our unity. I believe if we stop hating, there will be peace and harmony. I believe that food and shelter can no more be luxury. I believe that our hopes and dreams can become reality. I believe we are the chosen pride of Africa.

I want to see everyone committed towards national greatness. I want to see every Nigerian work towards the healing of our land that’s soaked with the blood of innocent people. I believe we can wipe away out tears and heal our pains by ourselves. I believe I have a lot of ability to take our nation forward.

I believe that the time has come to bring about the transformations we all clamour for.

No one will build Nigeria for us, Nigeria will be built by You and I.
