UPDATE: 6 TakeitBack movement and AAC Party members arrested by policemen for pasting posters arraigned, to be bailed

The Director, PR, Media and Communications of the Take it Back Movement and African Action Congress Party AAC, Rachel Onamusi-Kpiasi told our newsmen that all the six members of AAC party arrested, were today arraigned before Chief Magistrate B. O Osunsanmi of the Lagos State Magistrate Court, Ogba.

"They have been charged with criminal damaging of property of Jimi Agbaje, in addition to removing posters of other political parties and replacing them with those of the AAC", she said.

The court declared the case bailable, and adjourned sitting to February 04, 2019.

The said members would be on bail but expected to reappear in court on the date.
