Joe Biden, the Democrats’ Presidential aspirant has congratulated Kamala Harris, a U.S. Senator and Democratic candidate for Vice President of the United States on Tuesday.

While congratulating her, Biden wished her a happy birthday and wished her that next year’s birthday will be celebrated with some ice cream at the White House.
