The President of the United State of America, Donald Trump has given Joe Biden, the projected US president in the November 2020 election the Condition to enter the White House as President.

Trump said in a post on his verified Facebook account on Friday that Biden can only enter the White House as President if he can prove that his ridiculous “80,000,000 votes” were not fraudulently or illegally obtained.

He said the massive voter fraud that played outs in Detroit, Atlanta, Philadelphia & Milwaukee, is enough to prove that Biden got a big unsolvable problem! See Post

I have a serious question. If Biden's campaign raised massive record amounts of money and it wasn't spent on rallies or on much advertizing until a little at the end of the campaign, where was the money spent?
